At EANE, we are fortunate to build long time relationships with many of our members and the organizations that we support. It’s really no surprise that some of the greatest talent we’ve added to our team over the years includes former members. Yes, even Meredith Wise and Patti D’Amaddio worked at member organizations before they brought their experience to work at EANE.
Heather LaBonte has gotten to know EANE through her HR work at member organizations in our region. For a few years, we have benefitted from Heather’s HR support with specific projects. Last month Heather started supporting the EANE team as a full-time HR Business Partner.
Heather brings more than 20 years of business development and HR experience to her expanded role with EANE. Heather most enjoys developing and nurturing the employee life cycle through intentional use of best practices and commitment to each organization’s cultural identity. As Heather assists EANE members with employee relations and hotline support, she is able to tap into her business development, human services and education experience.
